What
We Do

Our mission is to give incarcerated men and women the skills to:

  • effectively communicate,

  • build confidence,

  • collaborate as a team,

  • foster trust,

  • ignite creativity,

  • and most importantly, connect with themselves and others.

Improv Connection is proud to partner with California State Prisons to give the magic of improv.

Together, we can reduce recidivism through rehabilitative transformation in the arts.

Who
We Are

With our 30+ years experience in corporate training and facilitation, combined with our 13+ years on the stage performing theatrical improvisation, we create a unique and intentional curriculum made specifically for the participants of each institution.

This allows us to facilitate each program in its highest form.

We also partner with highly-trained experts in other areas of theatre arts to further enrich our programs.
